HOW SERVICE IS DETERMINED
Transportation requests are evaluated based on:
• Service area and route feasibility • Schedule compatibility • Safety considerations • Availability of appropriate drivers • Current capacity
Funding source alone does not determine eligibility.
Safe Rides with Natalie is a private, capacity-limited service and is not a public transportation program.
We do not provide emergency, on-demand, or long-distance transport.
Please provide details about your organization and needs so we can determine compatibility, service area availability, and appropriate next steps.
All information is kept confidential and used solely for coordination purposes.
>
Service availability is intentionally limited to maintain safety, reliability, and consistency for the families we serve.
Each request is reviewed individually, and you will receive a response as soon as possible.
Typical response time: 1–2 business days.
When transportation is reliable,
your team can focus on care — not coordination.
